Job summary

Sephora in Austin, TX is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor who will guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, educate clients about trends, and help them feel welcome as part of a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals through services, rebooking, and sales.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
