Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing and makeup services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail/service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services such as makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
