Sephora in Tigard, OR is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to support clients with makeup, waxing, and other services. This part-time role emphasizes education on trends, product knowledge, and personalized service to create a welcoming experience.

You will work in a fast-paced beauty studio, drive sales, and help teammates deliver exceptional service while maintaining licensure and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in beauty, retail or service roles.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals through services, rebooking, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services per Sephora Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
