Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. Milpitas store is seeking a skilled beauty services professional to provide waxing, makeup, and related services on a part-time basis. You will service clients, promote products, and book follow-up appointments while upholding Sephora’s hygiene and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have an active cosmetology license in the state and 1–3 years of related experience. The role requires flexibility to cover peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, at the Milpitas

Qualifications

• Active license to perform waxing, makeup, and false lash services in the state where services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in beauty retail or service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by assisting clients, booking services, and selling products.
