Job summary

Sephora Santa Monica is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through makeup, waxing, and services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu. You’ll educate customers and perform services on-site, fostering a welcoming shopping experience.

Applicants must hold an active CA license for waxing, makeup, and false lash services, with 1–3 years in a service role, strong beauty knowledge, and a client-centered approach. Full-time, on-site, with flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in CA.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
