• At least two years of professional barbering experience.
• Current Tennessee Barber Instructor License.

• Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate techniques clearly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate classic and modern barbering techniques, including fades and beard design.
• Provide hands-on instruction that helps students develop technical skills and professional habits.
• Offer constructive feedback and individualized guidance to help students grow.
