Job summary

Noir Barbershop is hiring licensed barbers with established clientele to join our team in Covington, WA. You can work on commission or booth rent, with the option to set your own hours and guaranteed pay for selected shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed with 2+ years of experience at a barbershop.
• Be a proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Engage with customers to make them feel welcomed and special.
• Skilled in skin fades, tapers, shear work for men's hair.
• Straight razor shave with hot towel treatment.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first and make things clear and easy for them.
• Master the service style and share ideas/feedback with other barbers.
• Work as a team to ensure shop success for all.
• Set your own hours; take 1–2 shifts to keep the shop's lights on, with guaranteed pay for those hours.
• Maintain clean stations and common areas; participate in rotations for cleaning duties.
