Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our fast-paced salons. You’ll cut, fade, color and consult with clients, earning based on performance, commissions and tips. The role features walk-in clients and strong marketing to keep your chair busy.

We offer an 8-level career ladder, up to 75% commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license and be able to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide cuts, fades, color, and consultations.
• Grow earnings through service commissions, retail commissions and tips.
• Meet performance targets via commissions and bookings.
• Maintain high customer service and chair hygiene.
