Walk-in guests are common, with aggressive marketing to keep your station busy. Earn 75% commission, plus performance-based incentives and benefits like PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; we’ll help you grow it.

Responsibilities
