Your pay is performance-based with $45–$88+ per hour (plus tips), up to 75% commission, and an 8-level ladder to grow your earnings as your book grows.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
