Walk-in guests and heavy marketing help keep your chair busy from day one, with opportunities to grow earnings toward six figures as you advance through the career ladder.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; growth in commissions from day one.

Responsibilities

• Cut hair to standard with fades and color as requested.
• Offer consults to determine the best styles for guests.
• Leverage marketing to maximize walk-in guests and chair time.
• Maintain hygiene and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in the brand's commission structure and growth opportunities.
