Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers/cosmetologists in the Schaumburg area to join a high-velocity salon team. You will cut, fade, color, and consult with clients to build loyalty from day one, while benefiting from a performance-based pay model and robust marketing support.

The role offers 30+ hours, top earners averaging $45–$88+ per hour with tips, plus substantial commissions and an eight-level career ladder to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetology license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Night/weekend/holiday availability to maximize earnings.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Ability to grow a personal client book.
