Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Maryland is seeking licensed barbers to join a network of salons. Your chair, your income—top earners can earn $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with up to 75% commission and an 8-level career ladder to boost earnings as you grow your client base.

Night/weekend hours increase earnings; you’ll handle cuts, fades, color, and consultations while benefiting from a strong brand and marketing support for instant guest flow.
