Pay is performance-based: $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with up to 75% commission and an 8-level career ladder. Top earners reach $100K+ yearly.

Requirements include a state barber/cosmetologist license and flexible night/weekend hours. We offer ongoing education, benefits, and a clear growth path.
