Job summary

The Cave Barbershop is seeking a licensed barber to join a very busy shop, delivering skilled haircuts, shaves, coloring, and styling with a focus on client satisfaction. You will consult with clients, discuss options, and ensure a clean, sanitary workspace while maintaining a polished, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include front desk support, operating salon software, and mentoring colleagues as needed to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Current barber license and demonstrated barbering skills, including hair styling, hair care, straight-razor technique, sanitation, customer service, communication, and client communication.
• Preferred: experience working in the beauty industry; familiarity with salon software, including MINDBODY, and retail math.
• Additional beauty-service experience is welcome, including cosmetology, hair coloring, hair extensions, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.

As a Licensed Barber, you'll deliver skilled barbering and hair care services while creating a welcoming, polished experience for every client.
