Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Auto Inside Sales Representative in Lakeland, FL to provide insurance quotes, advise on coverage options, and convert quotes into new policies. You’ll demonstrate the value of GEICO policies and build rapport with potential customers during a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

The role offers base pay of $20 per hour with performance incentives up to $60,000 annually, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates, and training with 80% on-site and 20% off-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or professional customer-facing experience
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred) (training and exam fees provided)
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance quotes and advise customers on coverage options
• Convert quotes into new policies and demonstrate GEICO policy value
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell appropriate products
