The role requires critical thinking, data analysis, and strong communication to support a collaborative, results-driven team. A State Adjuster's License is required; hybrid work may be available across several U.S. locations, including AZ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of related customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to investigate and manage Personal Lines auto claims.
• Knowledge of financial accuracy, file disposition, and statutory guidelines.
• Ability to determine liability exposures and potential subrogation.
• Must obtain State Adjuster's License to process Property & Casualty claims.
• Hybrid work arrangement from multiple locations (Hartford CT, Scottsdale AZ, Naperville IL) three days/week.

Responsibilities

• Handle first- and third-party Personal Lines auto claims.
• Investigate Property Damage Only claims to determine liability exposures and potential subrogation.
• Manage claim files with financial accuracy, appropriate disposition, and adherence to statutory guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective relationships.
• Make customer-centered decisions using critical thinking and data analysis.
• Leverage technology to ensure accurate and efficient claim outcomes.
• Complete licensing training and obtain the required State Adjuster's License.
