Job summary

McDonnell Hearing Solutions LLC is a dedicated hearing health provider seeking a licensed audiologist or hearing aid specialist to join our Tallahassee, FL and Bainbridge, GA team. You will conduct evaluations, fit devices, counsel patients, and manage ongoing care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Applicants should hold Florida licenses, be proficient with major hearing aid brands, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills to contribute to our trusted community

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Audiology license or Florida Hearing Aid Specialist license is required.
• Experience with hearing aid fitting, programming and verification techniques.
• Externship considered for 4th Year Audiology students/externs.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a patient caseload independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and audiometric testing for patients.
• Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
• Provide patient counseling on hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing aid use.
• Perform follow-up appointments, hearing aid adjustments, and ongoing patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Build strong patient relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term hearing health.
• Stay current with advancements in audiology technology and hearing aid innovations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
