Responsibilities

• Attend athletic events and assist team physician.
• Maintain written records on athletes.
• Communicate status of injuries with coaches.
• Record progress on injured athletes on established forms.
• Refer athletic injuries to physician for diagnosis and treatment referral.
• Perform treatments as ordered by physician.
