Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking an Athletic Trainer to join our team in Jacksonville, NC, serving Onslow County Schools. The role provides athletic training services to local schools and community events under established contracts.

You will collaborate with the sports medicine team and supervising physicians, maintain treatment records, and support coaches, athletes and families. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Active athletic training license or eligible in North Carolina.
• Current BOC certification in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services to local schools, community events, and organized sports.
• Deliver services in accordance with contracts and location requirements.
• Maintain daily treatment records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the sports medicine team and supervising physicians.
• Offer sports medicine consultations to coaches and athletes.
