Sport Clips Haircuts of Biddeford is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily operations and coach stylists, delivering an MVP client experience. This role suits an experienced licensed stylist/barber seeking growth in leadership while continuing hair cutting.

Qualifications

Active ME Cosmetology or Barber License.
Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
Passion for customer service and team development.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
