Sport Clips Haircuts in Satellite Beach, FL is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

You’ll coach stylists, manage scheduling, and uphold salon standards while providing high-quality men’s haircuts.

Qualifications

• Active FLORIDA Cosmetology or Barber License
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber, men’s cuts preferred
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
