Sport Clips Haircuts in Monaca, PA is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow into leadership while still cutting hair.

You will coach stylists, assist with scheduling and opening/closing duties, and uphold salon standards while providing high-quality men’s haircuts.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber; men’s cutting is preferred.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and team development mindset.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
