Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts of Pittsburgh- Scott Township is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist aiming to grow into leadership while still cutting hair.

You will coach stylists, help with scheduling, uphold salon standards, and foster a welcoming, team-focused culture while delivering top-quality men’s

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
