Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts of Monaca is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ hair salon. You will oversee daily operations, develop stylists, and cultivate a positive, team-focused culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

As Salon Manager, you’ll coach staff, ensure a high-quality customer experience, and manage scheduling, inventory, and branding standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license or barber license.
• Management experience preferred (salon, spa, retail, or store).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and POS to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Coach and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork and growth.
• Manage product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards.
• Set service standards and champion exceptional customer service; resolve concerns.
• Ensure licensing, safety and company policies are followed and maintain integrity in operations.
