Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Experience as hair stylist or barber; men’s cutting preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and team development mindset.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active WISCONSIN Cosmetology or BarberLicense
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
