Sport Clips Haircuts in Concord, NC is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role welcomes experienced licensed hair stylists, barbers, or cosmetologists who want to advance into leadership while still cutting hair, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.

This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.
