Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you'll work.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Passion for developing and supporting others.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with the potential and desire to grow.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Leader with day-to-day salon operations.
• Coach, support, and develop team members.
• Work behind the chair while supporting the salon team.
• Provide exceptional Client service.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Partner with the Store Leader to achieve salon performance and sales goals.
• Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
