Job summary

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is hiring a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Spokane for a full-time, home-based ABA therapy role. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collect data to inform decisions, while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current license as LABA in WA.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in ABA, autism, education, precision teaching, clinical direction, and management of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in the Spokane area.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs).
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Position Available: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $33-$37 hourly
