Magnolia Behavior Therapy in Spokane is seeking a Licensed LABA to provide home-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will develop individualized treatment plans and supervise Behavior Technicians, collecting data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Current WA LABA license required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in ABA Therapy, autism support, education, precision teaching, clinical direction, and management of others.

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs).

$33-$37 hourly

Job Responsibilities:
