Job summary

Magnolia Behavior Therapy in Snohomish is seeking a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to provide clinic and home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will develop individualized treatment plans and supervise Behavior Technicians in a supportive team environment.

• Experience in ABA, autism, education, precision teaching, clinical direction, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and/or home-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs).
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.

Position Available: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $33-$37 hourly

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clinic and/or home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in the Snohomish area.
