Job summary

Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn, WA is hiring a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our pediatric clinic. You’ll provide behavior-analytic services under supervision, participate in assessments, data collection, and treatment planning, and help families implement strategies at home.

Qualifications

• Must hold a LABA license in WA.
• CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience or passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Assist with behavioral assessments, data collection, and treatment planning.
• Implement, monitor, and update individualized behavior support programs within your scope of practice.
• Analyze patient data and communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising LBA.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to behavior technicians as assigned.
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for each child.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst
• Assist with behavioral assessments, data collection, and treatment planning
• Implement, monitor, and update individualized behavior support programs within your scope of practice
• Analyze patient data and communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising LBA
• Provide training, guidance, and support to behavior technicians as assigned
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for each child
• Educate and empower caregivers with practical strategies they can use at home
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and services provided
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Who You Are:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Washington State
• CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
• Experienced in or passionate about working with children and families
• Skilled in collecting, interpreting, and communicating behavioral data
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills
