Qualifications

• Licensed LABA in Washington State.
• Experience with behavior data collection and interpretation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ethical, compassionate and individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior-analytic services under supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Assist with assessments, data collection and treatment planning.
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior support programs.
• Analyze data and communicate progress to supervisor.
• Train and support behavior technicians; collaborate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in supervision meetings.
