Job summary

Temah Healthcare Services is seeking a licensed Art Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health concerns, teach communication skills, and guide patients through crises. The role involves creating personalized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a related field, be licensed, and hold BLS/CPR certification, with strong communication and organizational abilities and prior therapy

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a mental health professional.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work or a related field.
• BLS and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Perform regular wellness checks.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
