Job summary

The Art Room in Maryland is seeking a provisional or licensed Art Therapist to join a growing, women-owned, therapist-led practice. You’ll provide individual and/or group art therapy, manage your own caseload, and collaborate with the co-owners to shape the future of the practice.

We offer a warm, supportive environment with a flexible schedule and autonomy to set your own hours. A 65/35 split ensures you receive 65% of session fees as you help clients heal through creativity.

Qualifications

• Provisional or licensed Art Therapist with collaborative mindset.
• Able to create own schedule and work independently.
• Willing to build client base with support from the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group art therapy services.
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards.
• Help build and sustain a caseload of clients.
• Collaborate with the co-owners to shape the future of the practice.
