Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Art Therapist to join a Frederick, MD school-based team. This contract, part-time role (approx.

18 hours per week) focuses on delivering art therapy services to students under IEP/504 plans, fostering emotional regulation and social skills within a supportive educational setting. You will collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff, document progress, and contribute to ongoing student growth.

Qualifications

• Experience applying art therapy techniques in school or pediatric settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and specialists.
• Familiarity with IEP/504 processes and documentation.

Schedule:Follows School Bell Hours (18 HRS per Week)

Position Details:

• Type:Contract position

• Hours:Bell-to-bell school hours (no nights, weekends, or holidays!)

• Start Date:2026/2026 School Year

• Provide art therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans.
