Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled therapist who enjoys providing child and adolescent art therapy. This position offers flexibility with remote work, combining in-person and Telehealth sessions. We are excited to expand our team in Lancaster and are looking for the right fit to join our growing team.

• Gross Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation including diagnosis updates, treatment reviews, and case notes per company policy
• Manage a caseload of 25 client sessions weekly
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to serve our community
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff, and medical personnel as needed
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Creative and innovative approaches to mental health care
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens
• Experience with couples and families preferred
