Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services seeks a Medical Provider (ARNP or PA-C) to join our Seattle clinic-based medical care team. The role focuses on diagnosing opioid use disorder, prescribing and adjusting medications, and coordinating patient care across ETS services, including the dispensary and mobile units.

The successful candidate will hold an ARNP or PA-C license in Washington, bring prescriptive authority, and possess a compassionate, harm-reduction oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active ARNP license in the State of Washington.
• Active PA-C license in the State of Washington.
• DATA-waiver for buprenorphine is desired but not required.
• All Medical Providers must have Schedule II and below prescriptive authority in WA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for assigned patients and facilitate referrals.
• Conduct intake assessments, diagnose OUD, and determine initial medication choices.
• Document findings in the electronic health record.
• Provide treatment planning and follow-up guidance.
• Communicate with external medical providers for needed care.
