Job summary

DDCues LLC seeks experienced security personnel to deter theft, address patron disturbances, and protect people and property indoors. The role requires command presence, strict adherence to post orders, and constant situational awareness.

Qualified candidates must have 7+ years in law enforcement, an active NM Level 3 Guard Card, and strong surveillance and reporting skills. Uniformed officers will remain on-site and report incidents to the client and DDCues Corporate Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Familiar and comfortable with report writing

Responsibilities

• Maintain high situational awareness

• Security must maintain all certifications with NM RLD and carry credentials on duty
• Security will be dressed in a tactical uniform clearly identifying them as on-duty security

HOURS:

Monday – Friday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This detail is designed to be a visual deterrent against theft, physical confrontation, and other offensive behavior. Security is to use their command presence and verbal instruction to deter theft and address patrons that are harassing other patrons, damaging equipment, or creating physical confrontation. Security WILL NOTmake any form of physical contact with anyone unless they are protecting themselves or others from bodily harm. Security will remain indoors at all times and will not chase after or engage any patron that departs the property for physical confrontation, theft, equipment damage, or failure to pay for merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain high situational awareness
• Maintain a professional presence inside the store acting as a crime deterrent
• Adhere to DDCues Post Orders and General Instructions
• Report Incidents immediately as they occur, both to the client and DDCues Corporate Office
• Security must maintain all certifications with the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department and must have certification card(s) or Active Law Enforcement Officer Credentials on their person while on duty.
• Security will be professionally dressed in a tactical uniform that includes an easily recognizable Security shirt, jacket and/or hat that visually identifies them as the on-duty security to the client, staff, and the general public.
