Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and the preparation of comprehensive construction documents.
• Experience coordinating consultants and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, construction methods, and permitting requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
