Goldstone Partners in the Dallas area is seeking a licensed architect with 10+ years of project leadership to drive design through construction administration.

You will own day-to-day client and consultant communications, coordinate across trades, and mentor junior team members while safeguarding scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed architect with architecture degree and state licensure.
• 10+ years of architectural experience including 5+ years in PM.
• 3+ years of construction administration with lifecycle responsibility.
• Strong detailing and cross-trade coordination experience.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and construction methods knowledge.
• Clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and team.
• Portfolio demonstrating project leadership and detailing skills.
• Based in Dallas metro area, within 50 miles of DFW/Love Field.

Aufgaben

• Lead small to midsize projects from design through construction administration.
• Own day-to-day client, consultant, and internal communication with updates.
• Review drawings/specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Direct full trade coordination across structural, MEP, civil, and others.
• Track schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client decisions.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, ASIs/addenda, field observations, issue tracking.
• Mentor project staff while upholding deadlines and quality.
