Job summary

Eppstein Uhen Architects seeks an Architectural Project Manager in Wisconsin (Green Bay). The role requires a Licensed Architect or equivalent with 5+ years of project management experience to lead multiple projects, oversee client contact, contracts, scheduling and budgets.

You will mentor project staff, ensure design quality and code compliance across all phases, with guidance from senior leadership. Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $125,000 depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong technical, business and interpersonal skills
• Guidance will be provided by Studio Director/Client Executive/Practice Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer multiple projects of varying scope
• Manage client contact, contracts, scheduling, budgeting and cost control
• Provide leadership and mentoring for project team members
• Ensure design and aesthetic review and code compliance across all project phases
