Job summary

Cuningham is seeking a Project Manager who is a licensed Architect to join our Denver office and guide project teams through all phases with steady judgment from extensive market experience.

The role requires leading multi-market work with civic, healthcare, and mixed-use experience, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, and contracts, and fostering strong client relations and business development instincts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of project management experience across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium project teams to successful outcomes aligned with project goals and success metrics.
• Build high performing teams alongside the Project Executive and other project leaders.
• Develop scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees into comprehensive proposals with project leadership.
• Support design and technical leaders in delivering coordinated packages across multi-discipline, multi-phase projects.
• Maintain and update work plans, labor plans, schedules, and team tasks on a regular basis.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and pursue those fees proactively.
• Own day to day client relations in coordination with the Project Executive.
