Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager in Colorado to lead projects from design to construction, serving as a key contact for clients and consultants. The role emphasizes ownership, design excellence, and successful delivery with mentorship of junior staff.

Ideal candidates hold NAAB-accredited degrees, are licensed or actively pursuing licensure, and demonstrate proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience with project management responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Candidate is oriented toward mentoring and leading design teams.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from programming through construction administration.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and project performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams (structural, civil, MEP, landscape).
• Provide technical and design leadership over drawings, specs, and QC.
• Apply building codes, zoning, accessibility, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Mentor Job Captains, Designers, and junior staff.
• Participate in client meetings, agency coordination, and construction phase activities.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and deadlines.
