We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of healthcare projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and creative vision to manage complex healthcare environments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal staff.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of healthcare projects across all phases, ensuring alignment with client goals, operational workflows, patient experience priorities, and firm standards.
  • Prepare presentations, drawings, and technical documentation to clearly communicate design intent to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Coordinate with consultants to integrate all design disciplines and ensure regulatory and code compliance.
  • Oversee the production, quality, and technical accuracy of construction documents and project deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, supporting professional growth and maintaining design excellence.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and coordination to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Conduct design reviews and quality control checks to maintain high standards of performance, safety, and compliance with healthcare guidelines.
  • Serve as a primary client liaison, presenting concepts, addressing feedback, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Participate in construction administration activities, including submittal review, RFIs, and site visits.
Qualifications
  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
  • Licensed Architect required.
  • Healthcare design experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design presentation tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, regulatory requirements, and healthcare-specific standards.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage consultant coordination.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders.
