Job summary

Groth Design Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead projects from initial concepts through construction in a healthcare studio.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, supervise design development, ensure documentation quality in Revit, and mentor junior staff while contributing to a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a professional degree in Architecture.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience, healthcare background preferred.
  • Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
  • Project management and client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing healthcare studio.
