Job summary

Grace Design Studios is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to lead healthcare projects in our Dallas Health + Wellness Studio. The role focuses on delivering exceptional healthcare design from concept through substantial completion and building strong client relationships.

You will manage projects, collaborate across offices, and mentor junior team members while ensuring compliance with healthcare codes.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• 5-10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in Florida based healthcare projects.
• Architectural licensure preferred
• Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with healthcare codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
