Alarm New England is seeking a Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician in Massachusetts to install and service burglar, fire, networked video and access control systems. You will learn the latest smart technologies and participate in company training while supporting customers with high-quality service.

Requirements include a Massachusetts Alarm Installer license, a valid MA driver’s license with a clean record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Must be licensed as Alarm Installer in Massachusetts.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems.
Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
Teach and train customers.
Deliver a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate truck inventory and parts knowledge.
Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
Be on-call rotation after training.
Attend and complete company training programs.
Perform work assignments safely and per standards.
Assist customers in selecting solutions and educating them about products.

What you’ll do:

Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
Teach and train customers.
Deliver a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate truck inventory and having knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and descriptions.
Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
Attend and complete company training programs as required.
Perform work assignments in a safe manner, adhering to all safety standards
Perform other assigned duties as may be required from time to time, such as acquiring knowledge of our products to educate our customers regarding their systems and be capable of recommending solutions to customers' problems as needed.
