SSSH3 Inc in Providence, RI is seeking a Licensed Alarm Technician to install and service alarm, fire, and access control systems. This role requires CT or MA license and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
Teach and train customers.
Deliver a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate truck inventory and keep parts knowledge.
Learn to become an expert in the technologies we sell.
Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
Attend and complete company training programs as required.
Perform work assignments safely and adhere to standards.
Acquire knowledge of products to educate customers and recommend solutions.

Alarm New England is currently looking for a Connecticut or Massachusetts Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician to install and service alarm systems.
