Alarm New England is hiring a Licensed Alarm Technician for multiple locations on the SSSH3 Inc team in the Boston area. You will install Burglar/Fire/Networked Video and Access Control systems, service and troubleshoot, and educate customers to ensure a positive experience.

Requires current licensure as an Alarm Installer for CT/MA/RI, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. On-call rotation and ongoing training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose alarm systems.
• Experience delivering customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems.
• Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
• Teach and train customers on system operation.
